I took this photograph along a beach near Kihei on the Island of Maui. Timing the surf with the footprints was a bit of a challenge as I wanted only footprints walking into the surf, but not coming back out. The surf was actually pretty active so gave me only about 15 seconds between shots before all traces of my footprints were erased.
